Job Description

Supply Chain Expert (Process focus)

Job Summary

Required: A Supply Chain expert to lead the design of improving the endtoend supply chain process focusing on process knowledge and supply chain requirement understanding.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain process expertise required within the following areas:

Forecasting and planning

Order management and fulfillment

Inventory management and optimization

Transportation management and logistics

Warehousing and distribution

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on supply chain requirements including supply chain risk management supply chain visibility and supply chain analytics

Supply Chain Process Improvement

Analyze current supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement

Develop and implement process improvements including:

Design process improvements and automation opportunities

Understanding of AI and machine learning for supply chain optimization

Supply Chain Knowledge and Expertise

Possess indepth knowledge of supply chain principles including:

Supply chain risk management

Supply chain visibility

Supply chain analytics

Inventory management and optimization

Is uptodate with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies.
