Job Description
Design and develop workflows using NITRO Studio or MS Power Automate.
o Automate business processes across different platforms.
o Identify and recommend process optimization enhancements.
o Retrieve and manipulate data using NITRO or MS Power Automate tools.
o Work closely with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and manage expectations.
o Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing.
o Create and maintain detailed documentation for workflows and processes.
o Set and manage permissions and access controls.
o Continuously evaluate and improve processes systems and solutions.
o Generate documents and maintain workflow logs.
o Assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
. o Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions meeting business requirements.
o Provide leadership and support for special projects.
o Create visual models such as flowcharts and diagrams for process representation.
o Conduct time studies and assess system functionalities. o Offer solutions for process optimization automation and control enhancements
