Roles and Responsibilities

Manage campus related hiring and processes

Handling Campus recruitment very proactively

Passionate in exploring recruitment from the lens of social media hiring for internal requirements

Excellent Team skills and a good team player.

Effective Communication & Presentation skills

Good stakeholder management

Should have the ability to deliver results under pressure

Working with the placement officers across various institutes in the country for various campus drives.

Gather Market Intelligence across institutes.

Coordinating with placement officers for a smooth hiring process.

Coordinate & manage hiring from undergraduate and post graduate campuses.

Running campus events across locations end to end virtually.

Manage overall recruiting process and logistics for all campus events.

Coordinating with panels for interviews

Oversee logistics for events across all campuses planning organizing and conducting interviews.

Manage day to day queries on recruiting hiring referrals and candidate queries.

• Manage recruiting database & records of recruiting activity.
  
• Salary maximum up to 40000 CTC monthly.
  
• Experience minimum 1 years 3 years in the relavant domain.
  
• Timing General shift
  
• Location Bangalore
  
• Work From Office
  
• The cab facility will be there on both sides.
  
• Immediate joining or maximum 15 days of Notice Period can be acceptable.
