The Job You Will Perform:
- Direct the development of compensation benefits employee relations and training strategies for the hospital and clinics aligning with the organizations philosophy and policies.
- Lead management teams during contract negotiations and consult with legal counsel on union contracts and compliance matters.
- Establish goals for the Community Physician Group and ensure policies align with the hospital s mission values and objectives.
- Guide the People Services team on HR trends and operational planning for the organization s shortterm and longterm HR needs.
- Provide expertise to senior leaders in organizational assessment employee relations talent acquisition workforce planning and change leadership.
- Champion change through datadriven insights and influence supporting Talent initiatives and strategic goals.
- Design organizational structures that support business strategies including diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Coach senior leadership and staff on policies conflict resolution and change management to promote an equitable workplace.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by analyzing HR data and developing strategies to enhance employee engagement and reduce turnover.
- Maintain positive working relationships with unions and manage the administration of collective bargaining agreements.
- Conduct risk assessments providing actionable feedback and guidance to management.
- Use analytics to identify trends in employee relations sharing insights with People Services Business Partners and leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in human resources or a related field
10 years of HR experience in a leadership role
Union experience
Experience in workforce planning talent acquisition and organizational development
Proven ability to lead change and develop datadriven strategies
Extra points for experience in healthcare HR or labor relations

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field; equivalent experience considered. 5-7 years of hands-on experience in HR/benefits and 401(k) administration. Strong prioritization and multitasking skills in a deadline-driven environment. Knowledge of payroll and benefit administration best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with Paycom ATS or similar systems preferred. Experience in FMLA and leave management. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Familiarity with voluntary benefits programs and cost-sharing models. Multi-state and federal employee leave administration experience.
