Salary: $72800 $93600

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care under the direction of the Clinical Coordinator and/or Nursing Unit Director for the assigned unit or department.
  
• Plan implement and evaluate comprehensive nursing care in line with our patientcentered philosophy.
  
• Use the nursing process to facilitate individualized care ensuring adherence to hospital and department policies and procedures.
  
• Collaborate with other shifts and departments to ensure seamless continuity of care and positive patient outcomes.
  
• Engage in all phases of education and professional development to maintain a high standard of care.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum Education:

• Associate degree in Nursing required (RN)
  
• Bachelor s degree in Nursing preferred (RN)
  

Required Skills:

• Strong critical thinking and decisive judgment skills
  
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision in a fastpaced environment
  
• Ability to take appropriate action when needed
  

Certifications:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) required
  
• Handle with Care or CPI certification within 90 days of hire preferred
  
• ACLS preferred
  

Licenses:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Georgia or multistate/compact RN license
  

Experience:

• At least six months of direct patient care experience preferred
  
• Behavioral health facility experience preferred
