Salary: $72800 $93600
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care under the direction of the Clinical Coordinator and/or Nursing Unit Director for the assigned unit or department.
- Plan implement and evaluate comprehensive nursing care in line with our patientcentered philosophy.
- Use the nursing process to facilitate individualized care ensuring adherence to hospital and department policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other shifts and departments to ensure seamless continuity of care and positive patient outcomes.
- Engage in all phases of education and professional development to maintain a high standard of care.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum Education:
- Associate degree in Nursing required (RN)
- Bachelor s degree in Nursing preferred (RN)
Required Skills:
- Strong critical thinking and decisive judgment skills
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to take appropriate action when needed
Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required
- Handle with Care or CPI certification within 90 days of hire preferred
- ACLS preferred
Licenses:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Georgia or multistate/compact RN license
Experience:
- At least six months of direct patient care experience preferred
- Behavioral health facility experience preferred

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, including CAP, TJC, and other relevant agencies.
