Registered Nurse Behavioral Health
Job Description:
Are you passionate about supporting patients with mental health behavioral health and addiction challenges We re seeking compassionate Registered Nurses who want to make a difference. Salary: $72800 $93600
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care under the direction of the Clinical Coordinator and/or Nursing Unit Director for the assigned unit or department.
- Plan implement and evaluate comprehensive nursing care in line with our patientcentered philosophy.
- Use the nursing process to facilitate individualized care ensuring adherence to hospital and department policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other shifts and departments to ensure seamless continuity of care and positive patient outcomes.
- Engage in all phases of education and professional development to maintain a high standard of care.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum Education:
- Associate degree in Nursing required (RN)
- Bachelor s degree in Nursing preferred (RN)
Required Skills:
- Strong critical thinking and decisive judgment skills
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to take appropriate action when needed
Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required
- Handle with Care or CPI certification within 90 days of hire preferred
- ACLS preferred
Licenses:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Georgia or multistate/compact RN license
Experience:
- At least six months of direct patient care experience preferred
- Behavioral health facility experience preferred

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, including CAP, TJC, and other relevant agencies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Proven ability to manage budgets, optimize resources, and enhance revenue.
