Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up and ensure compliance on decided deliverables of the
Customer Service team
- Submission of report to Line Manager on decided deliverables
- Ensure Customers complaints orderly
- Ensure all documents are kept in relevant files and organized as per company standards
Coordination with team Line Manager and other department heads
Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelors
- Experience: 0 to 6 Months
- Duration: 3 Months
- Location: Gulberg 2 Lahore
