The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic 11 SEN Teaching Assistant to join the schools dynamic team on a fulltime basis. This is a permanent TA position starting in September 2024. The successful TA will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school working closely with teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons.

11 TA Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting class teachers in the delivery of highquality lessons.

• Providing oneonone support to a student with special needs.

• Assisting in the planning and preparation of learning activities.

• Covering classes in the absence of the teacher when required.

About You:

• TA experience.

• Previous experience working in a primary school setting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Passionate about supporting student learning and development.
