Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Account Handler to join our team at Aon. As an Insurance Account Handler you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of insurance accounts providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients and insurers. This role requires a proactive and organized individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of insurance accounts and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance providers
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and providing accurate and timely information
Negotiate insurance terms and rates with insurers to ensure the best coverage for clients
Perform risk assessments and advise clients on insurance options and coverage
Prepare and present insurance proposals and renewals to clients
Process insurance policy documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
Stay updated on industry trends regulations and changes in insurance policies
Handle any client complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
Meet and exceed individual and team targets and contribute to the overall success of the company
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance account handling or a similar role
Strong understanding of insurance products regulations and industry trends
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance providers
Detailoriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
Insurance license or certification is a plus
