IT as a Service not as a struggle: We are building an allinone IT platform combined with premium support. From user on and offboarding to service and support cybersecurity and device management deeploi covers the entire scope of a companys IT department.

Tasks

• Provide leadership to our IT support team ensuring a safe conducive and productive work environment.
• Foster the personal and professional development of team members through effective team development strategies.
• Plan and cultivate a highperforming team proficient in various areas of IT support.
• Oversee daytoday operations to maintain an efficient working environment.
• Develop and implement performance management strategies for the helpdesk utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on the latest technology trends and innovations and proactively challenge existing practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in IT support including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated proficiency in people management and leadership.
• Strong technical expertise in computer systems networks and software.
• Proven track record of effectively leading and motivating teams in dynamic environments.
• Exceptional problemsolving communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is advantageous.
