Job Description

Since 2023 weve been operating in Denmark a core market for us. We work with the largest used car dealership brands such as Andersen & Martini Semler Mobility or Autohuset Vestergaard. We have also received attention from leading industry media.

Join Cardino and make a significant impact in the startup world. As an Expansion Specialist Intern youll have the opportunity to work closely with our dealership customers supporting their onboarding activation and growth within our platform.

Tasks

As an Expansion Specialist Intern youll join our hybrid Dealer Activation team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring smooth onboarding and activation of new customers helping them successfully purchase their first cars on the Cardino platform
  • Staying in touch with the car dealerships via phone and problemsolving with the broader Cardino team
  • Taking part in drafting accountlevel playbooks to ensure successful growth of our customers on our platform and solving major roadblocks
  • Building and managing a portfolio of independent used electric vehicle dealerships and maintaining strong relationships with Purchasing Managers and Directors at these companies
  • Providing feedback to our Dealer Acquisition Sales and Product teams to improve the client experience
  • Communicating effectively with Clevel executives managers and key decisionmakers

Requirements

  • Relevant experience or keen interest in Sales Account Management or similar role
  • Exceptional communication skills with excellent comprehension a positive and energetic phone presence
  • Strong selfmotivation and diligent work ethics
  • Nativelevel Danish language skills fluency in oral and written English
  • Prior experience in the automotive/mobility space is a plus but not a requirement
