Responsibilities:
- Bringing in deals conducting sales activities and providing recruitment solutions to meet client needs
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop strategies build relationships with potential clients and deliver exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales of recruitment/hiring services in the India/US market
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of the technology and business industry
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources or a related field
