Role Description:
The Inside Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving the companys revenue by generating new business opportunities through reaching the prospect. This position holds significance as it directly impacts the companys sales pipeline and customer acquisition efforts contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and qualify leads
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects
- Utilize sales techniques to convert leads into customer
- Manage and update customer information in the CRM system
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales technology
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Calling on Leads information by himself using direct portals such as LinkedIn ZoomInfo Lusha Apollo Hubspot etc.
- Collating the leads data in a spreadsheet and internal CRM.
- Updating status infront of every lead.
- Keeping track of lead followups via email follow up calls etc.
- Plan email campaigns to target gathered leads information.
- Prepare required email campaign templates (custom ones) documents PPTs work portfolio to be shared with leads while prospecting
- Sharing daily and weekly work status reports to your manager.
- Giving regular and timely updates to your manager about hot leads closures etc.
