Key Responsibilities

• Designing and developing Pega applications using Pega platform
• Customizing and configuring Pega rules processes and user interfaces
• Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to define requirements
• Ensuring adherence to best practices and standards in Pega development
• Performing unit testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve defects
• Implementing security measures and data protection in Pega applications
• Participating in peer reviews and providing technical guidance to team members
• Supporting the deployment and integration of Pega applications
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation for Pega applications
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives for Pega development processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or similar field
• Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or equivalent certification
• Proven experience in Pega application development and customization
• Strong understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) principles
• Proficiency in Pega Rule Process Commander (PRPC)
• Experience with Agile methodology and tools for Pega development
• Good understanding of database concepts and SQL
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in deploying and managing Pega applications is a plus
• Ability to adapt to new Pega versions and technologies
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript
• Understanding of integration technologies and enterprise architecture
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
