Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Pega Developer with at least 7 years of handson development experience in Pega applications. The ideal candidate must possess Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification ideally obtained before 2022 and have strong expertise in Pega PRPC BPM and related technologies. You will be part of a dynamic development team responsible for designing implementing and optimizing Pegabased applications in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop test and deploy Pegabased solutions in line with business requirements.
- Design and configure Pega workflows processes and user interfaces using PRPC.
- Develop complex rules activities decision tables and data models in Pega.
- Integrate Pega with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and configure connectors and services.
- Implement Pega best practices and maintain high standards for performance scalability and security.
- Perform peer reviews and ensure code quality adherence to guidelines and optimization.
- Work closely with business analysts and endusers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the application stack.
- Participate in Agile development cycles including sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives.
- Provide leadership mentoring and technical guidance to junior developers on Pegarelated technologies.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in Pega development tools and technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in Pega application development.
- CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification (issued before 2022).
- Handson experience with Pega 7.x / 8.x and related tools such as Pega Decisioning Pega BPM and Pega Case Management.
- Proficient in Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) Pega Designer Studio and Pega Express.
- Strong experience in configuring Pegas Business Process Management (BPM) workflows and Case Management.
- Good understanding of Pegas rulesbased architecture including Rules Decision Tables Data Pages and Activities.
- Handson experience with Pega integration (REST/SOAP JMS Web Services).
- Strong knowledge of Java SQL and web technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with business teams and other stakeholders.
