Position Overview:
The Head of Finance will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our business including daytoday operations budgeting financial reporting and strategic planning. This role requires a dynamic leader who can balance operational efficiency with strategic insight to ensure financial stability and growth.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily financial operations including accounting budgeting and financial reporting.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles laws and regulations.
Manage cash flow investments and financial risk to optimize financial performance.
Develop and manage the annual budget process including forecasting and variance analysis.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and decisionmaking.
Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that support business objectives.
Evaluate and advise on financial implications of strategic initiatives and business decisions
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and financial accuracy.
Leverage technology and tools to streamline financial operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field. An MBA or CA is preferred.
Proven experience in a senior financial management role with a track record of success in financial operations budgeting and strategic planning.
Strong knowledge of financial principles practices and regulations.
Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
