Overview
The Graphic Designer Trainer plays a vital role in the organization by developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to educate and empower graphic designers. Key Responsibilities
- Developing training materials and resources for graphic design software and tools.
- Conducting training sessions to educate and enhance the skills of graphic designers.
- Providing oneonone coaching and support to designers to improve their technical and creative abilities.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments.
- Collaborating with design team leads to identify training needs and opportunities for skill development.
- Staying updated on industry trends and sharing best practices with the design team.
- Assessing the proficiency of designers and providing constructive feedback.
- Organizing workshops and seminars to foster continuous learning and growth.
- Creating engaging and interactive training sessions to maximize learning outcomes.

- Supporting the onboarding process for new graphic designers.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio of work.
- Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
- Excellent understanding of typography color theory and layout principles.
- Prior experience in conducting training or teaching graphic design concepts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and support the growth of designers.
- Deep passion for design and a keen eye for detail.
- Uptodate knowledge of design trends techniques and software.
