Overview:
The role of a Sales Executive is vital to the organizations success as they are responsible for driving revenue and growing the customer base. Sales Executives play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
- Jewellery sales .
- Jewellery knowledge .
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Ability to travel as needed
- Selfmotivated and resultsoriented
- Experience in B2B sales is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
