Our client is at the forefront of lighting technology in the UK and is a major manufacturer of LED lighting and chips. They offer a full service solution manufacture design install and retrofit of advanced lighting solutions.
We are hiring an experienced Key Account Manager (external sales role) to develop partnerships in the South West of England.
You will manage a range of project types primarily across industrial applications and must be competent using design software such as DIALux or Relux and therefore understanding of lighting schemes lux calculations and energy efficiency payback calculations.
Route to market experience may include some of the following client types Specifiers Architects M&E Consultants Main Contractors Subcontractors EndUsers Local Authorities Rail Operators and their Nominated Consultants.
Requirements
- Experience working with a lighting manufacturer
- Experience working within industrial project types
- Having an understanding of lighting design (DIALux or Relux)
- Having a knowledge of lighting controls is considered a benefit
- Ability to identify new and existing business opportunities
- Project management skills from inception to delivery of project (up to commissioning stage)
