Overview:
The AudioVisual Production Manager is responsible for organizing coordinating and executing operations and events.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Operations Management: Serve as inhouse contact for location provided and onsite staff.
Overall sales: Quoting presenting and servicing A/V needs to the client.
Driving revenues and profitability of assigned locations.
Responsibilities include but are not exclusive to:
Employee relations and team development with location staff and colleagues
Location and vendor relationships
Project and event management
Scheduling
High level of customer service expertise
Managing technicians and crew
Skills and Qualifications:
Superior customer service: client and partnership satisfaction is top priority.
Minimum of AA/BS or equivalent experience of three or more years of audiovisual technical
experience preferably in a hospitality environment with direct client interaction.
Must possess good written and verbal communications skills and computer proficiency.
Must excel at managing daytoday operations in a technical environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Personal Attributes
Ability to effectively communicate and interface with peers as well as executive level
management.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Excellent organizational skills able to set priorities and responsive to customer requests.
Demonstrated ability to execute results against strategy and meet critical deadlines.

Knowledge/experience in professional audio video lighting equipment and production services.
