Senior Accountant

What youll do:

• Experience with A/R and A/P.
• Bank and credit card coding and reconciliation.
• Monthend close entries such as:
  • Accruals
  • Prepaids
  • Fixed assets
  • Lease schedules/Rent Entries
  • Intercompany transactions
  • Account reconciliation
• Preparation of Monthend financial statements with variance analysis
• Assist with ongoing Audit but providing the necessary support
• Assist Junior staff with any questions they may have

Who you are:

• Degree/Certificate in Accounting or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting
• Netsuite experience a must
• Good understanding of US GAAP guidelines such as ASC 606 ASC 842 etc.
• Good proficiency with Excel Word and GSuite
• Must be a proactive and highly organized and able to work independently and as a team
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Has excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to demonstrate excellent judgment and discretion in dealing with confidential and
• highly sensitive financial or other information
• Excellent attention to details
• Experience with Federal and State taxes a plus
