Working Hours: Monday to Friday 11:00 AM 7:00 PM

Overview:
Join our client dynamic team as a Technical Support Advisor in Barcelona! We are seeking a Germanspeaking professional to provide exceptional 1st level IT support to client workers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st level support via phone email chat or selfservice portal.
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting using remote access.
- Monitor and categorize IT requests and issues in the clients ITSM service management system.
- Achieve a high first resolution rate using internal knowledge databases.
- Cooperate with 2nd level service teams and external providers.
- Support client employees in operating user systems and peripheral devices.
Requirements:
- Bilingual/proficient in German with very good English skills.
- Experience in 1st or 2nd level IT support preferably in larger environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10 Office 365 and MS Teams.
- Proficient in hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Analytical skills for complex issues.
- Experience with ITSM ticket systems preferably ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with ITIL V4 processes is advantageous.
- High customer service orientation and responsibility.
- Reliable and systematic work approach.
- Eagerness to learn and develop technical and soft skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Highly motivated to work within a global team.
