Please note: This is a transactional attorney position that requires attorneys to be onsite five days per week at the Salt Lake City UT office. Relocation is acceptable.

Job Description:
Draft and review Estate Planning documents to ensure clients assets are protected and efficiently transferred.
Prepare and analyze entity formation documents for LLCs Corporations (both for and nonprofit) LPs etc.
Draft review and negotiate contracts that meet clients legal and business needs.
Serve as general counsel to business owners providing strategic advice and legal guidance on various matters.
Conduct legal due diligence and offer strategic counsel to clients to navigate complex transactions and planning.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Active admission to the bar with the ability to practice law.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in legal practice with a focus on estate planning and business transactions.
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Excellent research and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Proficient in legal administrative tasks including document management and organization.
Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
