Note: This position requires employees to be onsite at the Philadelphia office. WFH days may be earned over time.
Note: Must have relevant defense litigation experience.

Job Description:
- Represent clients in insurance coverage matters primarily on the defense side
- Prepare pleadings briefs and motions
- Handle all aspects of litigation including discovery depositions and witness preparation
- Provide courtroom representation managing trials and hearings
- Collaborate with senior attorneys for guidance and case strategy
Qualifications
- 710 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation
- Strong litigation skills with recent experience
- Defenseside focus is required
- Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (additional admissions a plus)
