Tasks

• Feature Implementation: design develop and maintain complex features and functionalities in crossplatform applications using Kotlin (Multiplatform) or Swift
• UI/UX Integration: translate design mockups and wireframes into highquality responsive user interfaces ensuring consistency with Apples Human Interface Guidelines and Google Play Store guidelines.
• Code Optimization: write efficient reusable and scalable code optimizing the apps performance memory usage and responsiveness.
• CI/CD Pipelines: set up and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines using tools like Github Actions to automate the build testing and deployment process.
• Security Implementation: implement security best practices in the app including secure data storage encryption and user authentication ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

Hard skills:

• A minimum of 5 years professional experience in Android development with a proven track record of delivering highquality successful Android applications.
• Experience with Android libraries and frameworks: Jetpack Compose Kotlin MultiPlatform
• Experience with UI/UX Design principles and experience in implementing responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
• Experience with setting up and maintaining continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines using tools like Github Actions
• Experience with the entire mobile development lifecycle from concept and design to testing deployment and maintenance.

Soft skills:

• Willingness to work in a startup environment which often requires flexibility a handson approach and a proactive attitude.
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex mobile applications.
• Excellent communication skills in English (German very helpful but not required) both verbal and written to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience working in agile or Scrum environments with the ability to work closely with product managers designers and other engineers.
