Tasks
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new corporate clients for a Workforce Management
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets on a monthly
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the companys customer base and ensures its strong
- Build and promote strong longlasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their
- Present sales revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition
Requirements
Required Background & Skills:
- 3 years of experience in direct/channel sales of Payroll/HRMS/ERP/SAAS based
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with the corporate
- A desire to learn and grow in the corporate sales
- Bachelors degree in business or related
- Candidates with expertise in direct sales of Payroll/HRMS Software/SAAS based products will be given
