About the role

Join our dynamic sales team at Regiondo GmbH and drive the growth of our innovative SaaS booking system for Tours and Activity operators. As a Sales Executive youll play a pivotal role in acquiring and nurturing clients across diverse market segments from small businesses to large enterprises.
With a proven track record in SaaS sales and experience in fastpaced environments youll excel at conducting indepth discovery calls delivering tailored product demonstrations and managing technical followups. Your ability to navigate complex sales cycles and negotiate commissionbased pricing will be essential.
As a strategic thinker and team player youll bring exceptional organizational skills and a deep understanding of sales processes and software capabilities to the table. Youll be part of a vibrant multicultural team collaborating with colleagues across Europe to achieve sales goals.

What you will do

  • Own the Sales Cycle: Drive the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals and successful handover to onboarding team exceeding revenue targets.
  • Expand Business Network: Cultivate and nurture relationships with prospects and clients by engaging actively in seasonal campaigns industry trade fairs and networking events to become a trusted advisor.
  • Deep Product Expertise: Become a product expert effectively communicating value propositions and addressing customer needs.
  • Market Mastery: Stay ahead of industry trends identify opportunities and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
  • DataDriven Success: Leverage CRM and sales analytics to optimize performance and forecast accurately.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to a highperforming sales team through knowledge sharing and support.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide valuable feedback to refine our product and sales processes to internal stakeholders.

Youll be successful in this role if

  • Proven SaaS Sales Expert: Demonstrated success in SaaS sales with a deep understanding of the sales cycle.
  • SelfStarter with Drive: Highly motivated and organized individual capable of independent goal achievement.
  • Global Communication Mastery: You must be proficient in English and a native Spanish speaker.
  • TechSavvy Sales Professional: Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and data analysis tools (Excel PowerPoint).
  • Industry Insight: Preferred experience in the Tours and Activity sector to understand unique customer needs.
  • DataDriven Decision Maker: Ability to leverage sales data to inform strategic decisions and optimize performance.
  • ResultsOriented Achiever: Strong track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.

Holding a bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field is preferred but your practical experience and skill set are what will truly set you apart.
