Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability of the Advance NDT Pipeline Inspection Services division.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to align business objectives with market trends customer needs and industry regulations.
2. Business Development:
- Lead business development efforts to identify and pursue new opportunities for expansion and market penetration.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key clients industry partners and regulatory agencies to drive business growth and enhance market presence.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong longterm relationships with customers understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service and value.
- Act as a trusted advisor providing technical expertise and innovative solutions to address customer challenges and exceed expectations.
4. Financial Management:
- Financial reports Profit & Loss develop and manage budgets forecasts to optimize resource allocation and drive profitability.
- Implement costcontrol measures and efficiency improvements to maximize operational efficiency and minimize risks.
5. Innovation Excellence:
- Provide innovative solutions and guidance to ensure the adoption of best practices and to meet customer requirements and exceed industry standards.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies industry trends and regulatory developments related to NDT services.
6. Operational Oversight:
- Oversee all aspects of divisional operations including project management resource allocation and quality assurance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards safety regulations and company policies to deliver highquality services on time and within budget.
7. Team Leadership:
- Develop and mentor a highperforming team of professionals fostering a culture of continuous improvement collaboration and innovation.
- Provide leadership and guidance to empower team members to achieve their full potential and deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications:
- Masters or bachelors degree in engineering Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Strong business acumen drive financial performance manage budgets with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Fluent in English communication
- Minimum of 1015 years of progressive experience. (Optional: in the oil & gas industry with a focus on NDT and pipeline inspection services).
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of driving business growth operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety quality and continuous improvement.
- Optional: Indepth knowledge of NDT methodologies equipment and industry regulations.
- Optional: Professional certifications (e.g. API ASNT) are preferred.
