Roles and Responsibilities
As a specialist in our AI business our company is driving the AI revolution by introducing AI solutions to various industries and creating new value. We utilize machine learning techniques such as deep learning to develop prediction and optimization algorithms big data analysis and algorithms adaptable to various industries such as construction and finance.
While identifying societal issues you will design and plan how to approach AI in different industries from a technical perspective. You will manage the development team and lead business expansion in collaboration with project managers.

- Develop plans and designs to solve project challenges based on a wide range of technical knowledge and experience from AI to system development.
- Make final technical decisions and prioritize tasks within the team.
- Collaborate with project managers and business consultants to develop strategies and negotiate with clients to achieve project goals.
- Utilize knowledge in mathematics and information science to observe and analyze data ensuring AI performance.
- Lead development through strong implementation capabilities.
- Enhance and maintain product quality in team development through activities like code reviews and test design.

- Based on experience ability and previous work experience
- Bonus paid twice a year (August February)
- A fixed overtime allowance equivalent to 20 hours is provided regardless of the presence of overtime work.
- Additional overtime pay is provided for hours worked beyond the initial 20 hours.
Hours:
(In the case of discretionary labor system) No fixed working hours (presumed working hours: 9 hours) (In the case of flextime system) 10:00 19:00 (prescribed working hours: 8 hours)

- Telecommuting and flexible work arrangements are available subject to prior approval.
