Job Description
Onelab Ventures is a Punebased B2B firm that helps startups in building tech products. We have been operating from the past 3 years and have served 50 clients till date for Fintech Edtech E commerce Food delivery and Streaming apps.
We help early stage startups in product development. We help them in building a Minimum Viable Product for their requirements and lead the product to go live in the market to gather early user responses. We help startups to achieve product market fit by doing Agile development in the product to match users requirements.
Our aim is to provide a hasslefree and comprehensive technology solution to our clients enabling them to focus on their core business operations while we take care of the technical aspects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate and coordinate daily standup meetings and sprint planning sessions.
- Create and manage project schedules work plans and deliverables using agile methodologies.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that user stories are clearly defined and understood.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure that project requirements are met.
- Utilize JIRA to track and report on project progress and issue resolution.
- Manage project risks issues and changes effectively and in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including project charters status reports and other projectrelated materials.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure that project deliverables meet customer expectations.
- Plan and prioritise features and requirements based on customer needs and feedback.
- Use Kanban boards to track work progress and manage project workflow.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- BTech (CSE/ECE) or MCA or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools.
- Experience with testing and quality assurance processes.
- Experience with feature planning and roadmap development
