Finance Accounts - Manager

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the financial reporting and analysis processes
• Develop and monitor budgeting and forecasting activities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of accounting software systems
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions
• Manage cash flow credit and collections
• Coordinate and manage the annual audit process
• Supervise the finance and accounts team
• Provide guidance on financial planning and risk management
• Collaborate with other departments to support financial goals
• Participate in strategic financial planning and decisionmaking
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
• Drive process improvements and efficiency in financial operations
• Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and standards
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data and reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field
• CPA certification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting roles
• Thorough understanding of GAAP and financial regulations
• Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and systems
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
• Ability to manage and mentor a team
• Effective communication and presentation abilities
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strategic thinking and decisionmaking capabilities
• Experience in a managerial or supervisory role
