Overview
The Finance & Accounts Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the financial health of the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the financial reporting and analysis processes
- Develop and monitor budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of accounting software systems
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions
- Manage cash flow credit and collections
- Coordinate and manage the annual audit process
- Supervise the finance and accounts team
- Provide guidance on financial planning and risk management

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field
- CPA certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting roles

- Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and systems
