Nights: 7p7a (Rotating weekends)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Float Pool RN to join our team. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will have the unique ability to float between several different areas across the nursing spectrum.
What will you will do in this role:
Serve as the patient and family advocate protecting privacy and confidentiality
Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis
Provide planbased care with a commitment to continuous improvement
Job Requirements:
1 year of recent (within the last 2 years) MedSurgical acute care RN experience Required
*Needs to be flexible on floating to multiple units
Nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
