Overview:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in the organization by leading the recruitment and talent acquisition process. They are responsible for attracting sourcing and hiring top talent to drive the companys success and growth. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs developing innovative talent acquisition strategies and ensuring a positive candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead endtoend recruitment process from sourcing to offer extension
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions
  • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies
  • Utilize various channels for sourcing including job boards social media and networking
  • Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their fit for the role
  • Conduct talent mapping and market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors
  • Negotiate offers and manage the offer process
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • 1 years of experience in IT and Non IT talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment legislation
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects
  • Proven negotiation and influencing abilities
  • Strategic thinker with a resultsdriven mindset
