Job Description
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity mockups for both web and mobile applications.
- Design aesthetically pleasing graphics and visual elements that are consistent with our brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with product managers developers and other stakeholders to refine designs based on feedback and user testing.
- Ensure designs are optimized for diverse platforms and devices maintaining responsiveness and functionality.
- Develop and maintain design documentation and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
- Stay updated on current design trends tools and technologies to inspire and innovate within the team.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance product design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing usercentered designs and graphic design work.
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Sketch Figma or similar software.
- Understanding of UX design principles accessibility standards and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually engaging and functional designs.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a remote team and independently manage design projects.
- Familiarity with frontend development (HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus but not required.
