Data Analysis Analytics Trainee
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting cleaning and organizing data for analysis
- Conduct statistical analysis and create insightful visualizations
- Work on data modeling and predictive analysis projects
- Assist in developing and maintaining databases and data systems
- Support datadriven decisionmaking processes across the organization
- Contribute to the development of data analysis tools and frameworks
- Participate in data quality assessment and improvement initiatives
- Assist in the implementation of data security and privacy measures
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand data requirements
- Document and communicate findings and recommendations effectively
- Stay updated with the latest data analysis techniques and tools
- Assist in adhoc analysis and reporting tasks
- Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities
- Work under the mentorship of experienced data analysts and scientists
- Contribute to the overall data analysis strategy and roadmap
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics Mathematics Computer Science or related discipline
- Strong understanding of data analysis fundamentals and methodologies
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Basic programming skills preferably in Python or R
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or similar platforms
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform complex analysis
- Excellent problemsolving and critical thinking abilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fastpaced work environment
- Passion for leveraging data to drive insights and decisionmaking
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in analysis
- Knowledge of basic statistical concepts and methodologies
- Ability to learn and apply new data analysis techniques and tools
- Interest in staying updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis
