Job Description
Requirements:
3year FullTime Degree in Health and Safety or
3year FullTime Degree (Associated Degree) and a 2year Full Time Graduate Diploma in Health and Safety or
3year Full Time Degree (Associated Degree) and NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or
3year FullTime Degree (Associated Degree) and Chartered member of IOSH or
NEBOSH Diploma and technical Dive / ROV qualifications
8 to 10 years experience Minimum in an HSEQ role in a field related to Offshore Diving and ROV operations
Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge:
* High degree of understanding of diving equipment and operations (air and saturation)
* High degree of understanding of Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROV) and Survey operations
* Significant knowledge of the following standards:
ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001
OGP guidelines IMCA Guidelines
IADC API and Behavioral Safety Mentoring Safety Cases
* Mandatory to possess a valid Qatar driving license to attend site visits as and when required
Preferred
Root Cause Analysis Certification
Auditor qualification (preferred Lead Auditor) for ISO accreditation framework
Training and Assessment qualification at Level 4 or higher
