Key Responsibilities:

Client Retention: Manage and maintain relationships with Japanesespeaking clients toensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Account Management: Provide personalized account management services ensuringthat clients are informed and supported in their trading activities.

Customer Support: Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficientlyensuring a positive experience for clients.

Upselling & CrossSelling: Identify opportunities to introduce additional services orproducts to clients based on their trading needs and preferences.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide regular reportson client feedback retention rates and potential improvements.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 23 years of experience in a retention or account managementrole within the Forex or financial services industry.

Language Skills: Native or nearnative proficiency in Japanese with excellent verbaland written communication skills. Proficiency in English is also a Bonus.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Forex market trading platforms andfinancial regulations.

CustomerCentric: Strong interpersonal skills with a clientfocused approach and apassion for delivering exceptional service.

ProblemSolving: Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively underpressure.
