This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join the Doha office of this international law firm.

The Opportunity:
Our client is a prestigious international law firm with multiple offices throughout the Middle East. Headquartered in the UK, this firm is currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Doha office to support the Corporate Commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity, available due to the expansion of the team.
The Responsibilities:
• Diary management and arranging meetings for the team
• Coordinating seminars and client events
• Digital dictation, copy typing and general document amendments
• Organizing travel arrangements and itineraries
• Inbox management and email correspondence
• Amending and proofreading legal documents
• Filing and maintaining electronic and paper records
• Timesheet entry and monthly billing
• Liaising with clients via email, telephone and face-to-face;
• Formatting documents in house-style
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations
• Filing, photocopying and other ad-hoc administration tasks;
• Maintaining client information using InterAction
