Experience 5 15 years

Requirements:

Hands On experience implementing Oracle Right Now Cross Channel Customer Experience

Experience in Oracle CX products mandatory Oracle Service Cloud Oracle Field Service Cloud. Experience in Oracle Sales Cloud Marketing Cloud and CPQ is desirable.

Ability to develop code on PHP Using MVC Architecture.

Portal Development Knowledge.

HTML/CSS/Java Script

.Net or C#

Ability to configure the Oracle Right now application.

Customize the Agent Desktop by creating Addins Using the Right Now Desktop Addin Framework.

Able to write ROQL Queries that use the Right Now Common Object Model

Execute ROQL Queries in a .NET Project.

Execute CRUD Operations using Connect Web Services for SOAP.

Package and Deploy Add Ins using .Net or C#
