Job Description
We are hiring Billing Executive for leading hardware industry
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Process and prepare invoices credit notes and debit notes
Manage and maintain accurate records of sales invoices and payments
Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and regulatory requirements
Liaise with sales customer service and logistics teams to resolve billing issues
Analyze and resolve billing discrepancies and customer complaints
Maintain strong relationships with clients and respond to their queries
Meet billing targets and deadlines
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
Perform other adhoc tasks as required
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
1 years of experience in billing or accounts receivable
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Excellent communication analytical and problemsolving skills
Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fastpaced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
