Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Remote Booking Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role you will plan organize and book travel arrangements for our valued clients.   • Training Participation: Complete comprehensive training provided by the company and vendor partners to enhance your expertise.

  • Vendor Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with various vendors to secure the best deals and offerings for our clients.

  • ProblemSolving: Showcase your problemsolving abilities by addressing any issues that may arise during the travel planning process.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the USA Australia Colombia or Mexico.

  • Possess a computer smartphone or tablet with reliable internet access for remote tasks.

  • Strong organizational skills multitasking capabilities and a keen attention to detail.

  • Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive and memorable experience for clients.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interactions with clients vendors and colleagues.

  • Selfdiscipline a high work ethic and the ability to work independently.

  • A passion for travel and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a dynamic industry.
