As a Supply Chain Senior Manager based in Belgium you will play a pivotal role in driving business development and delivering outstanding projects to our clients. Your expertise in supply chain management combined with your entrepreneurial mindset and consulting experience will enable you to make a significant impact in the Walloon region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consulting Excellence: Lead supply chain engagements for midmarket and global clients ensuring highquality delivery and client satisfaction.
  
• Business Development: Actively network and engage in business development activities to expand our client base and market presence in the Walloon region. Therefore you must have a preexistent strong network.
  
• Team Management: Build mentor and coach a team of talented supply chain consultants fostering a collaborative and highperforming work environment.
  
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing tailored supply chain solutions.
  

Requirements

• Passionate Supply Chain Expert: You have a proven track record of helping clients improve their supply chain operations whether in midmarket or global companies.
  
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: You possess strong business development capabilities and are motivated to make an impact in the Walloon region.
  
• Consulting Experience: You have at least 6 years of consulting experience with a focus on supply chain management.
  
• Innovative Problem Solver: You excel in identifying practical and innovative solutions guiding your team to articulate and realize them under tight deadlines.
  
• Leadership Skills: You demonstrate strong judgment problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities with experience in leading diverse teams.
  
• Team Builder: You have experience in building mentoring and coaching a team of highly talented and motivated supply chain consultants.
  
• Educational Background: You hold a Masters degree in Business Civil Engineering or Economics with at least 7 years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
  
• Certifications: Having an APICS or other Supply Chain/Operations certificate is a plus.
