1. Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced solution architects

3. Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions

5. Available to work 30 minutes per week with a flexible schedule
   

1. Strong background in solution architecture with years of handson experience in designing and implementing complex systems
   
2. Proficiency in multiple technologies platforms and architectural frameworks
   
3. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively
   
4. Proven track record of identifying and resolving complex architectural challenges
   
5. Commitment to staying current with new technologies and methodologies
