Your DaytoDay Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact welcoming and assisting visitors and team members.
  
• Set up balance and manage the cash drawer ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
  
• Process payments and manage vouchers ensuring all parties are satisfied with the service provided.
  
• Handle accounts receivable tasks including invoicing and following up on outstanding payments.
  
• Maintain a welcoming environment ensuring that common areas are wellkept and contribute to a positive atmosphere.
  
• Manage communications responding promptly to calls emails and inperson inquiries with professionalism and care.
