About the role:

Reporting to the SVP of Product Management the Director of Product Management for Business and Family Banking is pivotal in spearheading the development of cuttingedge business and family banking solutions for the banking industry. This role involves collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to create and manage a suite of business and family banking services aimed at revolutionizing how families and small and mediumsized businesses manage and move their money.


Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Product Management: Oversee the entire Tyfone business and family banking product portfolio encompassing product research design pricing promotion adoption engagement and transaction growth.

  • Crossfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders from platform management executive leadership design and development to gain a comprehensive understanding of features solution alternatives and technical feasibility.

  • UserCentric Approach: Develop user personas craft user stories and provide userverified input to the User Experience design process.

  • Agile Planning: Prepare and maintain product backlog for release and sprint planning.

  • Client Growth: Drive client revenue growth by identifying opportunities for expansion of business and family banking use cases for Tyfones platform and implementing marketing programs that boost user adoption engagement and transaction growth.

  • Client Communication: Support client communication efforts including webinars newsletters product releases enhancements rate increases and other special notices as assigned.

  • Client Engagement: Establish and facilitate client user groups to foster collaboration and gather valuable insights.

  • Performance Metrics: Develop and implement KPIs metrics and reports to measure and manage the effectiveness and productivity of Tyfones client experience program.

  • Key Performance Indicators: Success in this role will be measured by achieving overall company goals related to Client Acquisition Client Satisfaction Client Retention Contract Bookings Revenue and EBITDA.


Skills and Qualifications


  • Education and Knowledge: Bachelor s degree (or equivalent work experience) required. MBA preferred.

  • Experience: 10 years of relevant experience in business banking technologyrelated companies.

  • Proactive SelfStarter: Strong bias for action exceptional organizational skills ability to multitask attention to detail and a commitment to followthrough.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal written and presentation communication skills.

  • Tech Savvy: Strong aptitude for technology and a deep understanding of how technology can be applied to various use cases.

  • Analytical Thinker: Datadriven and resultsoriented with robust analytical skills critical thinking abilities and a natural inclination for problem analysis and solving at both strategic and functional levels.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills with a proven track record of effectively collaborating across external and internal teams.

  • Proficiency: Highly proficient in MS Office including MS Word PowerPoint and Excel.
