We are seeking an initiativetaking Junior Financial & Compliance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data to drive insights and improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Utilize advanced Excel skills to manipulate and analyze datasets efficiently.
  
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using internal dashboard software to visualize key metrics and trends.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
  
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and identify trends variances and opportunities for improvement.
  
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial and operational data.
  
• Assist in the ESG compliance audit process and work with management to manage how relevant data flows and how the company captures it.
  
• Assist the CFO in monitoring and analyzing key financial metrics and performance indicators.
  
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for management.
  
• Perform adhoc financial analysis and projects as required.
  
• Assist with monthend tasks where required.
  

Requirements

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
  
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  
• Experience in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling is an advantage.
  
• Effective communication and people skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
