Job Description

Horizon Controls Group have an exciting opportunity for a Senior PI Engineer to join our team in assisting client projects in Denmark

Provide support in the interfacing of Aveva PI with other Automation Systems for the project (DeltaV Aveva SCADA and others)


Creation of PI tags and configuration of PI interfaces to other systems


Creation of Event Frames and other work within the PI Asset Framework Server


Support project schedule and strategy relating to PI implementation for the project


Provide support for configuring and testing the Critical Alarm Handling System (CAHS)


Provide support for generating CAHS tags in PI database


Provide support on OPCUA and other interfaces between VDS/BMS Scada to PI


Provide support in connection with AVEVA Scada system operation.


Provide oversight on project tasks status related to above and ensure that schedules are met.


  • Update and maintain Issued Change Controls for CAHS.
Key Experience:

Solid technical background and experience within Scada systems Siemen s PLC s and DeltaV

Solid technical experience with database systems such as SQL and/or PI

35 years minimum experience in pharmaceutical projects with Automation Systems.

Education:

B.Sc in Engineering (Automation Chemical Electrical or similar) at a minimum

  • Project Management certifications is considered an advantage
