Roles & Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage and organize MDs calendar including scheduling meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence reports presentations and other documents as assigned
Screen calls enquiries and requests and deal with them appropriately.
Facilitate communication with other stakeholders including customers Senior Management and Board members.
Office Management
Oversee and ensure necessary upkeep of MD s office.
Implement and maintain office procedures and systems for effective recordkeeping and document management.
Team Management
Ensure and foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Events Coordination
Coordinate for executing special projects and events including meetings and conferences for MD Confidentiality and Compliance
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies procedures and relevant regulations.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor s degree in business administration Management or a related field preferred
