Job Description
Development:
- Building and maintaining customer dialogue solutions focusing on chatbots and AI services.
- Developing backend services in TypeScript and creating dynamic frontend applications using React.
DevOps & Operations:
- Managing AWS infrastructure ensuring reliability scalability and performance.
- Handling deployments monitoring and troubleshooting in a shared DevOps responsibility.
- Building CI/CD pipelines and containerizing services using Docker.
Tech Stack Options:
- Backend: TypeScript Node.js Express.js AWS services (such as: Lambda S3 DynamoDB etc.)
- Frontend: React TypeScript Redux StyledComponents Vite
- DevOps & Cloud Operations: AWS (Amazon Web Services) Infrastructure management monitoring and scaling CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps Docker AWS CDK
- AI and Chatbot Services (nice to have): Azure AI Translator Azure OpenAI Azure AI Search
