Job Description
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with all aspects of construction project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Ability to manage and coordinate work teams and contractors to ensure projects are executed with quality and on schedule.
Knowledge of safety practices and procedures and risk management on construction sites.
Skills in preparing and reviewing project schedules, estimating costs, and managing budgets.
Ability to negotiate, conclude contracts, and manage changes to projects.
Personal Skills:
Strong leadership skills and the ability to direct and motivate work teams.
Organizational and planning skills to ensure successful project execution.
Effective communication skills with all stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and cooperation.
